Affiliate program terms
Version 1.0 – Effective as of 28 July 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions governing participation in the Pay4All Partner Program, which allows Partners to promote Pay4All products and earn commissions on subscriptions generated through their referrals.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to any individual or legal entity with a legitimate promotional channel, a valid Pay4All account and valid bank details.
3. Registration
Registration is free of charge and can be completed using the application form available at https://pay4all.ch/p/affiliation. Each application is manually reviewed within 5 business days.
4. Referral Link
Each approved Partner receives a referral link in the following format:
https://pay4all.ch/?ref=CODE.
A technical cookie with a duration of 30 days is stored in the browser of any visitor
who clicks on this link.
5. Commissions
The Partner receives a 20% commission on each payment made by the referred customer. The commission is recurring for the lifetime of the customer relationship and is calculated in CHF, including any applicable taxes.
The commission rate may be customised by agreement between the parties. The rate applicable at the time of payment is permanently recorded for each individual commission entry.
6. First-Touch Attribution
The first Partner whose cookie was stored during the 30 days preceding the creation of the customer account is permanently linked to the referred customer. Users may not refer themselves.
7. Tracking
The Partner has access to a dashboard at /mon-compte/affiliation, where all statistics are available in real time.
8. Commission Payments
Commissions are paid by manual monthly bank transfer once the minimum payment threshold of CHF 50 has been reached. Amounts below this threshold are carried forward to the following month.
9. Refunds
If Pay4All issues a refund to a customer, the corresponding commission is cancelled. If the commission has already been paid, the relevant amount will be deducted from the Partner’s next payment.
10. Partner Obligations
The Partner agrees to promote Pay4All fairly and lawfully, without using spam, misleading advertising, cookie stuffing or self-referrals.
Paid advertising targeting protected keywords, including “pay4all”, “pay4all.ch”, “pay4all woocommerce” and “pay4all form”, is prohibited.
11. Taxation
Commissions paid under the Program constitute additional income. The Partner is solely responsible for declaring this income for tax purposes to the competent authorities in their country of residence. Pay4All does not provide individual tax certificates.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time without prior notice.
In the event of termination for cause, including fraud or spam, all unpaid commissions will be cancelled.
13. Data Protection
The Partner’s data, including their name, email address, IBAN, bank details and URLs, is used exclusively for the operation of the Program and retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations.
14. Amendments to the Terms
Pay4All may amend these Terms at any time. Partners will be informed at least 15 days before the amendments take effect.
15. Governing Law
Swiss law applies. The competent courts are those of the Canton of Neuchâtel.
