Create a contest with entry form, QR code and random draw in one click
Pay4All WIN lets you run contests entirely from your WordPress site. You set the dates, the number of winners, the form fields (drag & drop), embed the contest on your site with the shortcode. Use the QR code to let your customers enter on the spot. Draw the winners at random from the admin.
The plugin runs fully standalone - no WooCommerce required. If Pay4All Shop is installed, entries are automatically added to your customer directory with the Contest tag.

What Pay4All WIN does for you
A complete tool for your online contests, from the entry form to the random draw, with the GDPR and multilingual layer already written.
Drag & drop form builder
9 mandatory pre-filled fields (first name, last name, e-mail, address, ZIP, city, country, question, terms) plus any custom fields you want. Labels translated per language directly in the editor.
Native multilingual
Title, description, submit button label and every field label: everything is entered once for FR, DE, IT and EN. The visitor sees the form in their own language automatically.
Shortcode + QR code + dedicated page
Insert [pay4all_contest id="123"] on any page, or download a 900 x 900 px QR code ready to print for your posters and flyers.
Secure random draw
One click from the admin: the configured number of winners is randomly picked from the valid entries (Fisher-Yates via random_int()). Rerun the draw if needed.
4 automatic e-mails
Confirmation to the participant, notification to the admin (Reply-To set to the participant), e-mail to the winner, results broadcast to every participant. Tick what you want to send at draw time.
Customer sync with Pay4All Shop
If Pay4All Shop is installed, every participant is added (or updated) in the customer directory with the Contest tag - visible in stats and exportable as CSV.
Duplicate + bot protection
One entry per e-mail per contest (DB constraint). Rate limit 5 attempts/hour per IP + invisible honeypot. Mandatory GDPR checkbox with a pre-filled compliant text.
Public display of winners
Per-contest option: after the draw, the shortcode and QR page display the winners as Jean D. (last-name initial - GDPR compliant).

Frequently asked questions
Do I need WooCommerce or Pay4All Shop to use Pay4All WIN?
No. Pay4All WIN runs entirely on its own. If Pay4All Shop is installed, participants also feed its customer directory (tag Contest) - but that is an optional bonus, not a requirement.
How many contests can I create?
No limit. You can run several contests in parallel and display them on different pages via their respective shortcode or QR code.
How is the random draw performed?
Fisher-Yates algorithm fed by random_int() (PHP's cryptographically secure RNG). The number of winners is the one you defined when creating the contest; they receive a rank 1..N stored in the database.
Can I rerun a draw?
Yes. The Reset the draw button clears the current ranks and you can redraw as many times as needed - useful when a winner declines.
Do participants receive an e-mail?
Yes, a confirmation e-mail is sent in their language as soon as they submit the form. The admin also gets a notification per entry (Reply-To = the participant's e-mail). At draw time, two checkboxes let you send an e-mail to the winners and/or a results broadcast to every participant.
Are the winners shown publicly?
Optional, one checkbox per contest. When enabled, the shortcode and QR page show the winners after the draw as Jean D. (first name + last-name initial, GDPR compliant).
Can I cap the number of participants?
Yes, Maximum participants field at creation. Once the cap is reached, the form shows This contest has reached its maximum number of participants. Leave at 0 for unlimited.
Can entries be exported to CSV?
Yes, an Export CSV button at the top of the entries list. The file contains the 9 mandatory fields + all custom columns, with UTF-8 BOM for Excel.
How are updates managed?
Through WordPress updates.
