Your customer places an order
On your Pay4All Shop form or WooCommerce checkout, they select Pay with TWINT and confirm.

The TWINT app opens on their phone
The amount and recipient are pre-filled. The customer just confirms with their PIN code or fingerprint.

Your site receives confirmation and updates the order
Within seconds, the status switches to Paid, the confirmation email goes out to the customer, and you receive an email notification of a new order.

Setup in 6 steps
From your TWINT merchant account to your first test payment.
- Create your TWINT merchant account with TWINT and retrieve your UUID, your TWINT certificate and the certificate key (its password). All three items are required to authorize payments.
- Create your account on pay4all.ch, free of charge and with no credit card to start the trial. Required for WooCommerce
- Install the Pay4All Twint plugin on your WordPress site from the Plugins screen.
- Activate your license from the Pay4All Twint / Licenses menu in WordPress admin. No key to copy and paste: the link with your Pay4All account is done automatically. Required for WooCommerce
- Enable the TWINT payment method in your store, whether on Pay4All Shop or WooCommerce. The payment method appears immediately at checkout.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a TWINT merchant contract to use this plugin?
Yes. The merchant contract is signed up for directly on the TWINT portal, which provides you with a UUID and a certificate to enter into Pay4All TWINT. If you do not have one yet, we have put together a tutorial for you.
Does the plugin work with a site that does not use WordPress?
Pay4All Twint is a WordPress plugin. For non-WordPress sites, get in touch with us: we offer an integration via REST API with a PHP / JavaScript SDK.
I have several WordPress sites: how many licenses do I need?
One license per domain if you are on WooCommerce. For example,
if your main site is called my-site.ch and
you have two stores shop.my-site.ch and
event.my-site.ch, you only need one
license: subdomains of the same main domain share the
same license. On Pay4All Shop, the TWINT gateway
is free, with no domain limit.
Why is TWINT free with Pay4All Shop and paid with WooCommerce?
Pay4All Shop is our own order form plugin. To encourage adoption, we offer the TWINT gateway to every Pay4All Shop user, with no separate subscription. On WooCommerce, the TWINT gateway remains a premium service; after the one-month free trial, you will also need to install Pay4All Pro, which requires a subscription.
What happens if pay4all.ch goes down?
TWINT payments continue to work for 2 days. If the outage lasts longer, the TWINT gateway is temporarily disabled and your other payment methods (pickup, cash on delivery) remain available normally until service is restored.
Can I refund an order from Pay4All Twint?
Yes. From the WordPress admin, open the order, click Refund. The refund is processed by TWINT and the customer is notified automatically.
How long before I receive the funds?
The funds land in your bank account within 1 to 2 business days after the transaction, or weekly according to your preferences.
Do my customers see "Pay4All" at payment time?
No. On the customer's TWINT app, it is your trade name (configured in TWINT Merchant) that appears as the recipient. Pay4All is invisible on the customer side.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The subscription has no commitment: cancel in one click from your Pay4All account. Note: no refund is issued for the current period already paid, whether monthly or annual.
Is my data hosted in Switzerland?
Yes. The Pay4All SaaS is hosted in Switzerland with Infomaniak.
