Product type "Training" NEW
To sell training sessions: each product carries a date, a location and a limited number of seats. The counter decrements automatically on each registration and the form refuses any order beyond the limit. Confirmation email with session details sent in the participant's language. Ideal for workshops, classes, seminars.
Product type "Subscription" NEW
New product type with automatic monthly or yearly renewal. The customer pays once, then the subscription renews itself via Stripe. Admin screen to list active subscriptions, pause, cancel or refund. Ideal for monthly boxes, memberships, recurring content.
Product type "Gift card" NEW
New product type that generates a unique code sent by email to the recipient, with the amount and a personal message. The code is usable online in your Pay4All Shop store as a payment method, but also in the physical shop via the admin validation screen. Balance tracking, usage history and automatic blocking once depleted.
QR ticketing
New product type Ticket in the picker. Every seat sold generates a unique QR sent in the confirmation email, with a public self-service validation page: scan at the door with any smartphone, green = valid, red = already used (timestamped). Admin screen with search, filters, CSV / XLSX export, re-issue and manual cancellation.
Product type "Donation"
The merchant defines a list of amounts (drag & drop), picks the pre-selected one and optionally enables a custom amount input. On the customer side, quantity gives way to preset amounts, with the option to freely enter another amount. Ideal for associations, community projects, one-off donation campaigns.
Categories & quantity rules
Group your products in multilingual categories and enforce order rules: minimum, maximum, multiple of N, or minimum + multiple. Error message customisable per category and per language (ideal for wine by case of 6). Live client-side validation on every quantity change, plus server-side block at submit against tampered payloads.
Brands
"Brands" taxonomy independent of categories, with the same set of quantity rules and the same translation engine. Ideal for mixing wine by grape AND by estate, or cheese by region AND by producer - rules apply independently for each taxonomy.
Abandoned carts
Automatic capture as soon as the customer types their email, reminder sent after a configurable delay (10 days by default), one-time recovery link that pre-fills the whole form. Admin screen with status filters (pending, sent, recovered, converted), per-row deletion and automatic GDPR purge after 90 days.
Live product filters
A dynamic bar above the product list on the public page: filter by category, filter by brand, sort by price. Works client-side without reload - useful once you have around twenty products. Colour palette inherited automatically from the form Settings.
Custom colours
Free colour choice for the order form (background, text, buttons, alerts). Customisation of the abandoned cart and its reminder email. Live preview: your changes are visible immediately in your shop.
Multilingual newsletters
Send multilingual campaigns (FR/DE/IT/EN) to the customer
directory. TinyMCE editor with clickable variables
({first_name}, {product_title},
{promo_code}…), ready-made templates for a
product or a discount code, CTA + URL per language.
Paced spooler (default 20 emails every 15 min), immediate or
scheduled sending at date + time, one-click GDPR-compliant
unsubscribe and admin notification when the campaign is done.
PDF invoice and order slip
Automatic PDF invoice for each order, attached to the confirmation emails (customer + admin). PDF order slip (without prices) downloadable from the order screen for shipping preparation. Logo (height in cm), merchant contact details and C5/C6 window position fully configurable - right side (Swiss standard) or left side, the customer address falls right in front of the envelope window. Multi-rate VAT breakdown, payment method and status localised in the customer's language.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need Pay4All Shop to use Pay4All Pro?
Yes. Pay4All Pro is an extension that adds modules on top of Pay4All Shop. You have to install and activate both plugins (preferred order: Pay4All Shop first, Pay4All Pro next).
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. The 30-day trial starts automatically on the first plugin activation, no card, no account to create. All modules are unlocked immediately. After the 30 days, Pro modules quietly deactivate if no subscription is attached - your data stays intact.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, any time and directly from your WordPress site (menu Pay4All Pro > Subscription). No billing while paused, your data stays intact (products, categories, brands, sold tickets) and you resume with one click when you need it. Ideal for seasonal activity such as summer markets or Christmas sales.
What happens to my data if I deactivate Pay4All Pro?
Your categories, brands, sold tickets and abandoned carts stay in the database. They become accessible again on reactivation. While Pay4All Pro is deactivated, Pay4All Shop forms keep working: they simply ignore quantity rules and no longer show the filters.
Can I use Pay4All Pro on multiple sites?
Yes. Each licence covers one domain name. You can attach as many domains as you want to your pay4all.net account, billing is per active domain.
How do updates work?
Pay4All Pro is not distributed from WordPress.org. Updates come directly from pay4all.net and appear in the WordPress Plugins screen like any official update. You click Update, that's it. Updates stay accessible even after licence expiration (but the Pro modules themselves deactivate).
My licence expires in 5 days and pay4all.net is down. What happens?
Pay4All Pro keeps the last valid status for 72 hours when pay4all.net is unavailable. If the outage exceeds this delay, the plugin falls back to trial expired mode on the client side but erases no data. As soon as the SaaS responds again, the status re-syncs automatically at the next check (within 48 h).
Is the plugin compatible with WPML / Polylang?
Yes. Categories, brands and error messages are natively multilingual (FR / DE / IT / EN). Abandoned-cart reminder email templates are also translated. QR ticketing brings the customer back to the validation page in the language of their original order.
Is there technical support?
Yes, included in every Pay4All Pro subscription. Email us from your pay4all.net customer area (button Contact support). Reply within 48 business hours, often less.
